We currently ship to most locations across India. At this time, international shipping may not be available unless specifically stated on our website.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will be 7-12 business days after dispatching.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders that meet the minimum purchase value specified on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message (where applicable) containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. DeeVaKart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect contact numbers, or other inaccurate information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it whenever possible and contact our customer support immediately. If you have already accepted the package and discover damage or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and the product.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time-frame, DeeVaKart shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, public emergencies, or courier service delays.
10. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
11. Delivery Confirmation
An order will be considered successfully delivered once it has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer and confirmed by the courier partner. DeeVaKart is not responsible for loss or theft of packages after confirmed delivery.
